Belunie Refund Policy

At Belunie, we want you to love every product you receive. However, if something isn’t quite right, returning your order is easy and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at returns@belunie.com with the following details:

• Your order number

• The product(s) you’d like to return

• A short note explaining the reason for your return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Belunie cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:

• Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

• If a returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria above, it may not qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, don’t worry — we’ll fix it right away. Please email returns@belunie.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as hair & beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
